Cancelled the order because there is no elevator. There are 5 floors in total, but there is no elevator or front desk. When I asked whether there is luggage storage on the 1st floor, how to store it, and whether it is safe, I never received a reply, so I cancelled the order. But the store owner did not agree to cancel.
