The room is located in the heart of Ginza. While not very large, the bed was huge and very comfortable. I booked twin beds, but they were pushed together, making it feel like one giant bed. It was so comfortable.
Getting around was super convenient. Matsumoto Kiyoshi is right at the intersection, and there's also a subway entrance for Higashi-Ginza Station. Tokyo's subway system is very well developed, making it very convenient to get around. There's also a hidden option on the Asakusa Line, which is a limited express train to both airports, but it depends on your availability.
The hotel also has a public bath, which was rarely crowded, and the soak was very pleasant.
Breakfast was a set meal and buffet, which I rotated throughout my three-day stay.

The room isn't particularly large, but the overall facilities are quite good. It's a long-established Japanese chain and highly recommended. The location is excellent, right next to the subway entrance, which is very convenient.

Facilities: The public bath isn't very large, but it's quite comfortable to go late when it's empty. It's open until 1 a.m. I recommend the Japanese breakfast.
Cleanliness: Good all day, relatively clean.
Area: Very convenient, just a 2-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza Subway Station. If you're traveling with luggage, I recommend taking Exit 3, which has an elevator.
