池袋站地下通道A20口出來，走6-7分鐘即達，我們是機場大巴下來走了15分鐘。酒店附近吃飯購物非常方便，距離穀子店很近。
附近有很多類似規模的酒店，大多打着自帶温泉湯的字樣。比對了很多家，感覺這家性價比較高，主要是有3人入住的房間，這在日本並不多見。但實際入住後，感覺這種3人間，衹適合10歲以下孩子的家庭。兒子15歲，我們相當於三個大人，房間衹能一人通過，有窗不能打開，十分憋屈。房間佈局極簡，插座多，提供多頭接口數據線。因為有温泉湯，大家幾乎不用屋內的浴室。受空間所限，經濟型酒店的牆壁都很薄，估計隔音不好，但我們入住期間大家都很自覺，沒感覺聲響。
跟其他酒店相比，這家温泉湯開放的時間很長，回來再晚也能去泡湯放鬆。加入碳酸的水，池子不大，水質乾淨。酒店的許多細節值得稱道。比如，女士辦理入住時，每日贈送精緻的美容護膚禮包，有兩款可選。前台有歡迎果汁，每天下午好像是4點到晚上8點，2樓提供飲料吧，自由取用，泡浴後喝一杯很爽。另外，每個樓層設有枕頭自選架，套上枕套，用完歸還。
關於房間打掃。連續入住期間，可選擇不打掃，會贈送兩瓶水和更換的毛巾。如需打掃，上午10點前須掛出告知牌，住客離開房間後才能進行。酒店規定住客在房間時是不能清掃的。
再説早餐，日式為主，品種不多但很齊全，足夠滿足大眾口味，尤其是小麪包非常美味。
之前看評價説前台態度不好之類的，我們全程沒感受到。雖然談不上十分熱情，但禮貌有分寸，有問必答。
總結：在同類經濟型酒店中，堪稱出眾，酒店大廳掛有連續數年被評為最受歡迎酒店的牌子，可謂名副其實。除了3人房空間太小，比較壓抑外，其他細節，和設施，都很完美。如果2人以下，白天外出，晚上回來睡個覺的話，強烈推薦。
