The service staff is friendly and nice. You can choose your own pillows, but the hotel has been open for a long time and the facilities in the room are still a bit old. The air conditioner is noisy, the waterproof curtain in the toilet has a damp smell, and the hair dryer is a refa with strong air volume. People with a lot of hair can dry it quickly.

Service is ok - the staffs were all cheerful when greeting you. Room is clean and you need to key in numbers to enter - only minus was needing to remember the passcode. Distance to Tokyo station was a short 5 mins walk. Chosen here due to near Ginza for shopping and near to Imperial Palace for morning jogs.

The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to stay nearby Tokyo station. There is an underground passage between the building where the hotel and the station. There are many restaurants and convenience shops around. The room was simple and small, but the layout was good.
