The accommodation is near Iriya station, 5 minutes walk.
When traveling from Kawaguchiko to Tokyo station, there is a travel bag. Use the JR Keihin-Thkoku line to get off at Uguisudani station. There is an elevator.
The room is clean. There is a service to change towels, face towels, Payama every day. Downstairs, there is a minimart selling souvenirs, general goods.
The lobby is open 24 hours.
The room can open 1 28-inch bag and 1 24-inch bag. Try to find a place to put it.

The staff are nice, but I'm unlikely to return to this hotel again.
I mistakenly booked a smoking room, it's my fault, but the smell in the room is just hellish.
The room itself is not very tidy, the upholstery on the chair is burnt, the lamp above the bed is broken, there is a strange stain on the floor, the sticker in the bathroom is peeling off and the shower head is leaking.

Overall the hotel is not bad, but I wouldn't stay there again. We stayed in a double room. There are 2 stations, a park and a lot of combinis nearby. The staff is kind and welcoming. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired: the room is dusty, which is clearly visible due to the dark interior, a dirty curtain in the bathroom and strange marks on the carpet. Very, very, very small bathroom. Breakfast is the same every day.
