離地鐵走三四條街就到，去上野、秋葉原等地都很方便。附近吃喝都能找到。大堂、房間雖然都不大，但是和日本很多中小型酒店一樣，小巧但很細緻齊全。最好的是酒店有一種理念，就是待客非常友好，讓客人賓至如歸。這一點從酒店不大的大堂裏，為客人在傍晚時段準備了各種酒可以隨意品嚐，能夠看得出來。大學教授還寫了書，專門針對這個酒店的經營進行介紹分析。此外不過度打擾、不過度提供服務、讓客人更多掌握自己的節奏的理念，更加環保，更能自主。總之，感覺很好，值得推薦。

Excellent hotel. Breakfast is hearty and there is enough of everything throughout the breakfast. Every day in the lobby you can specify what time you will go for breakfast. Very cheap laundry, only 100 Yen and 100 Yen for drying. It would be good if there were air conditioners in the elevator and corridors. The air conditioner in the room was very pleased with the presence of a quiet mode.

這個酒店大避雷！！！想要旅途舒適的千萬別來！！
設施：房間一股味道，打開窗各種按鈕都試了關不上，然後臨近車站巨巨巨吵，基礎設施都有問題或陳舊前台英語一點都不好，對比同價位差太多，臨時換到銀座的另一個酒店！
服務：進房間半小時不到就走了，什麼都沒動，結果居然沒有退房機制？！前台態度很好但是完全聽不懂我説什麼，然後用翻譯器讓她輸入退房，她説她這邊退不了，後台申請退訂店家居然拒絕，和攜程溝通了兩三天最後才退了一部分。東京都有點影響情緒了。
環境：周邊環境也亂糟糟的，雖説離秋葉原近，但是旁邊臨近的樓很破舊，走到大街上才好一點，但是這個區有種社會人員混雜的感覺，有些混混長相的人在附近看起來不像其他地方那麼友善。
衞生：我覺得不如我在大阪和銀座的另外兩家，看起來臟臟的感覺，雖然不是有灰塵那種臟，但是就是感覺東西都是用了好久那種。
總結就是，沒有房卡，要輸密碼進去，退房也不用去前台，更像是那種公寓樓而不是酒店。走廊也比別的地方窄很多，臭臭的，感覺是舊公寓樓改的，也不像有的酒店周邊鄰近有店鋪什麼的，那條小巷什麼都沒有，總之就是女生覺得安全都成問題。同價位如果有其他選擇千萬別選！

1、酒店就在銀座線 末廣町站 走路三分鐘就可到站，街上還有羅森及711便利店，住這裡的出入很方便。
2、酒店有一位可愛的會說中文的小姊姊店員，服務很親切也很熱心。
3、二樓有碳酸溫泉大眾池，每天逛完街回去酒店，直接在大澡堂洗澡，洗完泡一下全身，超好睡！
4、早餐很精緻，可以簡單吃一點東西再出門，這點很重要可以省一些餐費。
5、洗衣房只有二台洗衣機，經常要排隊。其中一台故障了都沒修好...
6、酒店離秋葉原很近，方便宅男到處找喜愛的店，離阿美橫町都是走路可到，晚上幾乎天天去居酒屋喝一杯才回去。
7、電梯沒有冷氣，很悶熱。
若再有安排去東京，大概率還是會選這一家，因為離地鐵站（銀座線）超近出行很方便不用到處轉車，有大眾澡堂可以好好大洗澡，不用待在房間內擠在小廁所洗澡。
