Fifth time staying here, always loved the washing machine. Unfortunately, this time however I realised how much gold digging they were. a simple call to the front desk to check if late check out was available, only to be told yes! Till 1pm but for 150USD. Ridiculous. No gym, no onsen. 11am check out but charges exorbitant fees for late check out

The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean and tidy,walking distance to train station many restaurants and shopping nearby.We simply enjoy our stay here

overall a very very good hotel . Breakfast was amazing . highly recommend to all visiting Tokyo. good location as well .

The hotel time is small, amenities is lacking even without providing bottle water. The location is not very near Shinjuku station but lots of food option along the street.

Close to subway station. Many restaurants around and easy to get around. Clean and comfortable stay. Recommended

The hotel was easily accessible with metro line entrance just a short walk away. There's also plenty ot bars and izakaya around the place making it convenient and good for dinner and late night hangouts.

The check-in and out smoothly, staff friendly and the location central. Will stay there again if coming to Tokyu.

Super near for all the shopping store, F&B , family mart, 7-11, train station.... wonderful

Perfect room for us to stay as a couple exploring Shinjuku! Close to beautiful gardens, a must visit, the greenhouse is so beautiful and a lovely coffee shop in gardens too. Close to train lines, walkable to so many shops and the famous Shinjuku 3D cat. Directly outside were plenty of restaurants and bars and an old school vibe. We felt very safe even late at night. Staff were helpful and very friendly, the room is little, but so comfortable and has everything you need. The washer dryer is such a convenient feature and was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. Neat, clean and convenient, we slept really well and really enjoyed Shinjuku. Close to Casetify too which I am obsessed with. Thanks for a great stay!

Decent size as expected of Tokyo hotels. Great that it came with a laundry washer-dryer machine in the room. Very near to Shinjuku-sanchome station.

 OK is very good and in room washer and dryer is very nice. Breakfast is sufficient.

Very close to Metro station, 2 mins walk to Isetan Shinjuku for shopping. Also nearby other shopping/city center, and 5 mins walk to JR station. Staff are friendly Free amenities on the first floor. Room are normal size in Japan.

Hotel is very well located, with plenty of restaurants, izakayas and bars around. Shinjuku station is not far, and there's a subway station just next to it. The room is small (but it's normal for Tokyo), but clean and well organized. Nice amenities, with everything one might need.

Stayed for 2 nights and it was worth the stay. Hotel is about 3mins walk from station with lots of food choices right below. Room was big with washer function available. Definitely will choose to return for future stay.
