The hotel is right next to Tokyo Station, just across the street; behind it is Takashimaya, which is very convenient for shopping. There is an izakaya street next to the hotel, where many office workers eat at night, and they are all very authentic.

Breakfast at about sgd5 is decent. Service is good and room is big for triple sharing. Toilets are small but still ok. Just 2 min walk from Lawson and 6min walk to Tokyo station.

Good location, not far from Tokyo Station, very convenient to Mitsui outlet and the airport. Friendly and polite staff, good service. We booked a four-bed room, which is relatively large in Tokyo. The breakfast is not so good, with few choices and not many seats.
