酒店有溫泉，離地鐵站非常近，到銀座購物也很方便！ 房間有點小，廁所也小，但是有心理準備所以可以接受。大堂有不同軟硬的枕頭可供選擇。

此酒店工作人員歧視中國遊客。
1. 入住時酒店前台未告知沒登記的客人不能進入酒店，本人家人先一步抵達，並辦理入職。我後一步抵達後，進入酒店拿取行李，被酒店工作人員“**”小姐當眾從電梯中拽出，並大聲表示“not our guest”，不接待。在我出示家人入住的憑證後，此工作人員躲起來避而不見。
2. 酒店經理出麪和稀泥，我工作語言和社交語言都是英語。在投訴歧視性行為和語言，以及粗暴對待的問題上，經理表示工作人員英語不過關。實際情況是該工作人員英語流利。
3. 全程工作人員有明顯拖拽，大聲斥責的行為，對在場歐美遊客視而不見，僅針對中國遊客。
4. 供應商態度惡劣，在可免費取消的時間段，對後續行程取消設重重障礙，認為客人語言不通，要求客人提供酒店同意取消的證明。沒想到我能獲取證明，供應商才不得已退款。實際情況是此訂單可以無條件取消。攜程全程施壓，十分感謝。
5. 十分感謝攜程的處理，客服以及主管通過日語幫忙投訴，並通過郵箱書面投訴。攜程處理滿分💯

地理位置優越，搭乘地鐵，旁邊就是東銀座站出口，如大件行李，出門左手兩百米不到歌舞伎座出口有電梯，購物更方便，就在銀座附近，買了東西隨時可以放回酒店。訂的是雙床，一張大床一張單人床，兩個大箱子可以打開，還有個雙人沙發，總體夠用，房間用密碼。大堂有免費咖啡酒，洗漱用品大堂自取，還有各種枕頭供選擇。温泉湯不大，但錯峯泡湯還是很舒服的，唯一不足泡湯地方沒有吹風機，泡好湯濕着頭回房間吹。
