Hotel ok, good only for a night or two during a layover. Stayed there because I wanted a cheaper option for Disney, and served the purpose. Ginza area around it is nice.

The guy at the counter has terrible bad breath and a strong Japanese accent, which is hard to understand, but he has a perfect smile.
There is a water dispenser at the counter which is a plus, but the humidifier in the room is not easy to operate. It is also a plus if it has an extension cord.

Check-in was a breeze and done through a machine. The hotel has everything I need and it’s so close to a Lawson, nearby restaurants, and the nearest metro station (Shintomicho St. on the Hibiya Line) is down by the street. Sufficient for a solo business stay.

This is the first time I stayed here alone. The hotel room was clean and the surrounding environment was very convenient. I will stay here again next time. It was a very pleasant trip.
