The elevator was broken and we had to go in and out from the emergency stairs. It was especially difficult to go up and down because the room was on the 4th floor. When we checked out, they didn't apologize for the inconvenience. One of the toilets on the 4th floor was broken and unusable. We had to pay 100% for the service, even though it was 100% insufficient.

Very good to stay there for a few days in transit. The room is clean, the hotel is located not far from a station and a Konbini. Equipment available to heat food. I really appreciated the presence of the sento which makes the difference for me.
