Stayed at this hotel for the first time and feel satisfied.
Most of the guests are expat tourists, the front desk colleagues are young, not the usual traditional hotels constrained and thoughtful, but lively and casual, check-in feeling more relaxed and comfortable.
The hotel is well located, quiet yet lively, walk two connecting footbridges to the lively Shibuya Crossroads.
The room has a distant view of the Tokyo Tower, which is a surprise

The location is very good, on the 4th floor of stream mall, and it is very convenient to go directly from the parking lot. If you park and go out and come back, the hotel will give you a free 1/2 hour ticket. Very good.

excellent location, linked to the busiest part of Shibuya, plenty of restaurants within meters and eateries, plenty of shopping within 50m, chic design, environmental friendly, best of all the staff are of many ethnicity, the japanese staff can speak very well english as well. dont forget the free beer at the bar!
