The toilet is not fully cleaned. Staff is a bit rude when I checkout and mentioned that I forgot to bring my card. Generally, a decent hotel given its price.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel itself, but I was pissed off by a male front desk. When I first checked in, he was very impatient, as if he owned the hotel. It doesn't matter that he doesn't speak English well. I repeated the same thing several times, but he didn't speak well and I couldn't understand what he was saying. He got impatient first, which was quite amazing.
After checking in, I was the only one who couldn't log in to the room WIFI for unknown reasons. A girl at the front desk solved the problem responsibly and called the wifi company to solve it properly. Her attitude was also very good.
I thought I had changed my mind about the hotel. At night, my boyfriend and I were thinking about whether we could add extra money and time when checking out. We called and met the male employee again. He said he didn't understand and hung up the phone. It was the first time I encountered such an unreasonable thing. I gave a bad review because of the service.
