It's conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station.
There is a large public bath for men. The sheets and covers are not very clean. However, the price is quite cheap, so I think I'll come back. If you are concerned about security, you can either leave your valuables at the front desk or put them in your locker.

There is a small onsen for men 🙂
The check-in time is at 1700H which I found a little bit late, though you can store your luggage while waiting for the check-in time but the space was only small.
Everything is almost perfect but their staffs are old Japanese people, given their age they work slowly which you have no choice but to wait for your turn to be assisted, they do not also use any computers aside from a tablet, they are working in a traditional way where they have to write everything and do everything manually which will take extra time.
I would consider staying back here in the future since I already knew what to expect next time.

Amenities include a hairdryer, shower facilities, coin lockers, and a vending machine. Each bed capsule is equipped with a TV and clock, making it very convenient. Overall, I thoroughly enjoy my stay here.
