Amazing

Hotel is located very near the exit of Tawaramachi Station, about 100m walk. Short queue for check-in/out as the staff helping several guests to update the self-service kiosks. Very new and clean, the room size is compact 11sqm, common in Japan, not an issue if you spent most of the time out for visiting.
Short walk to Ueno & Asakusa, take train to Harujuku, Shibuya & Shinjuku using the Ginza line.

When I went to check in, the staff was very friendly.
The room was not openable, but it was clean.
The public bath on the 14th floor was really great.
After wandering around until late at night, I got tired and relaxed in the public bath, and when I woke up after a good night's sleep, I felt so refreshed.
The coffee shop on the 1st floor served a simple breakfast of toast with coffee, which was also good to eat.
