住的第一家膠囊旅館，比我想象中的要好太多，如果和我一樣是第一次住，可以選擇。前台工作人員會説英文（比我還流利），可以寄存行李。公共區域比較小，就在前台旁邊。房間裏面有保險櫃，但放不下行李箱，行李箱要放在過道。離地鐵站有點遠，周邊環境安靜。

This place well located in a great area, like a 10/15 minute walk from Shinjuku centre if you're a fast walker like me & right near the station. During my time everyone was very quiet which was nice and the toilets / washroom was great. Locker was a great size to fit my suitcase with my laptop inside safely. Great value for money to be honest. The only downside was the shower, it was TINY and too short + the showerheads height wasn't adjustable and it wasn't very clean in there. Also the water was cold!!!! So yeah, overall great and the reception team were very welcoming, my only complaint is the shower really.

I made a reservation because the location is close to a busy area and the subway is nearby.
I didn't expect much from the facilities since it's a dormitory and capsule hotel,
but I was very satisfied with the first time I used it.
It's good that the male and female rooms are separated, and the facilities are clean and the interior is very pretty. I like that various items are provided.
However, it was a pity that there was no place to store simple refrigerated items.
