We booked a room for 2 people for 6 nights. Even though this hotel allows 2 people to stay together, we had separate plans during our stay, so when we asked for another room key, we were told that they could not provide one.
We honestly did not understand this policy, and it made us feel very inconvenient and uncomfortable from the first day of our stay.
We have stayed at many hotels before, and when we booked for 2 people, we always got 2 room keys. This hotel is the only exception. This experience was quite disappointing.
We booked a room for 2 people for 6 nights, which the hotel clearly allows. However, when I asked for a second key card—since on some days my friend and I have separate plans—the hotel said they couldn’t provide one. I don’t understand this policy, and I found it very inconvenient and frustrating, especially at the start of our stay.
