位置很方便，出來新小巖站走幾分鐘就到了。房間很mini，但該有的都有，一個人住剛好，還好帶的是個20寸的小箱子，攤開還可以，再大的箱子攤開的話就沒地方下腳了。前台可以英語交流，態度也很好。衞生一般吧，自己帶毛巾總是沒錯的。

酒店前台不是24小時的，1樓大門也有門禁，晚上12點以後需要輸入密碼進入，安全性挺好的。

Staff is super accommodating and the hotel is conveniently close to JR Shinkoiwa station, where you can find a supermarket and hoards of restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes. The room is clean but some of the furniture needs fixing or replacing. But other than that, it is a good hotel to stay at if you are traveling solo. They also have free breakfast and drinks, plus free bar with DIY mocktails and cocktails from 5pm to 8pm. (Just a side note: This is not in central Tokyo, so if you are not up to traveling around 40 minutes one way via train to reach central Tokyo, this might now be for you).

Breakfast is good and the facilities are clean.
The space is a bit cramped.
You can go to Narita Airport by subway in one go.
There is a market nearby and many regular restaurants and bars.

I have stayed here many times. You can see the hotel when you come out of the south exit of the station. It is a 3-minute walk and it is convenient to go anywhere with JR.
