Location is excellent. Staff is helpful and friendly. But the hotel is very old. Dirty walls in the room, bad dusty smell, trash under the bad.

The room is very small. But good if you just having for taking a bath and short stay to experience Tokyo.

Located about 400m+ from Kanda Station but becomes a little inconvenient when it rains; especially when pulling along the luggage bags. There is also a restaurant in the hotel that serves simple meals and snacks too.

The staff is not friendly to prepared our reservation as the right way such as booked the 2 rooms for separate floor

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived before check in time and they allowed us to check in. The room is relatively larger than most of the rooms at this price in Tokyo. The location is very convenient, close to the station and there are lots of shops and restaurants around. We stayed only one night but we had a good time there. Will definitely come back if coming to Tokyo next time.

Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really tasty and a fairly spacious room with great amenities.

Close to Metro, stores and bars and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very good hotel in the city center for its price. Very friendly stuff. There is all necessary in the room. Close to the train stations and convenient stores.

Two friends for three days and two nights. It was close to the station and there were plenty of places to eat dinner, snacks, and tea, so it was a convenient location. The hotel is not new, but we didn't feel it was particularly inconvenient. There is a cafe in the hotel, but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it. There were amenities and pillows in front of the reception desk, and free coffee and tea. If we have the opportunity, we would like to use this hotel again.

Not far from Kanda Station, about 5 minutes away. The room is a standard Japanese hotel, small and crowded, but at least it can open a 26-inch suitcase, the hygiene conditions are good, and the cleaning is timely. The door card is a physical key, and you have to put it back at the front desk before going out. In a sense, it won't be lost? The hotel can collect express delivery on behalf of you, just contact by email directly.
