Good location close to station. Good size room for Tokyo. Room is very clean.

Location was a bit of walk from Ikebukuro station , but is was closed to sunshine city shopping centre & Big Nitori . Breakfast was alright .

Great location. Old hotel but clean and well kept. Breakfast is good. I recommend if you have business in the ikebukuro area or on holiday in Tokyo and looking for decent value for money.

Normal hygiene with unpleasant smell Room size ok but check out time too early, i,e. 10am Location not near 池袋站 But for living few days, it is good as it near sunshine city and 西武百貨， you may spend whole day for last minute shopping.

Clean and tidy, location is fair, not the problem of the hotel but ikebukuro itself, but good service, and if you choose not to room service everyday, bonus beer will be given as reward. Nice idea.

The location is near to convenience stores such as Family Mart, Lawson, 7-11. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was good and changes daily. The room was small but there was space to place luggage. There was a corner for additional amenities to pick up and a free coffee machine in the lobby. The basin in the room showed a few cracks but still served its purpose without problems.

This was a very good business hotel. Typical of Tokyo business hotels, the rooms were small and very clean. The only turnoff is that check out was 10AM.

Booked a non-smoking room, the environment is very good, the space is relatively large, four boxes can be unfolded. The location is convenient, it is only a five-minute walk from Exit 35 of Ikebukuro Station, and it is also five minutes away from Prince Hotel, and it is also convenient to take the airport bus. The hotel staff is warm and friendly, there are breakfast, drinks and self-service coffee, the experience is very good. The only drawback is that the laundry room is not strong enough to dry, it is not recommended to use.

Breakfast is free and very delicious. The hotel is in a convenient location. There is free coffee in the lobby. The room has been renovated. There is an iron key for the door. Check-out is at 10am. All good.

The location of the hotel is very good. Breakfast is delicious, although there are a few seats. The room is quite narrow and the layout of the furniture is not very good, making the usable space not very convenient. It is difficult to open a big suitcase. The bed is soft, the pillow is a bit hard. The only complaint is that the air conditioning is a central air conditioning system. It cannot be adjusted for our room, so we have to open the window to sleep because the heater is too hot. Other than that, it is okay.

There was no lotion etc. provided, so you have to bring your own. There were many seats for breakfast, and it was free, so I didn't have high expectations, but there was a wide variety and it was delicious.

I have stayed here twice. Hotels in Tokyo are very expensive. This hotel is affordable and includes all-you-can-eat breakfast every day. The food is of high quality, better than Toyoko Inn. I will continue to choose next time I come.
