Personally, it does have a cleanliness that is an absolute requirement for a business hotel. The room is normal, and the bed is hard, but you get used to it after a few hours. It felt quiet and relaxing. But overall it just felt cheap. The clientele seemed to be mostly from a construction site, so it's fine if you just want to get a good night's sleep, but if that's the case, it probably doesn't fit in this price range. For this price, you should be able to find a more decent place to stay, even in the same business hotel. There was no large public bath, and the breakfast area was just a row of tables in the lobby directly opposite the front desk, so there was no space and you had to eat in the lobby, which felt very casual. But I could tell it was convenient.
