The room has a view of Tokyo Tower. Separation of wet and dry areas. Large space. You can see the Tokyo Skytree downstairs, and it is very convenient to take a boat tour. Several boats are boarded downstairs. Transportation is also convenient, and the Seagull U Line is right at the door. There is a supermarket across the street downstairs. It is very quiet. I stayed for several nights. I sent my suitcase ahead with some frozen food as souvenirs and they looked after it for me. The staff were very friendly.
It was a shame that the coffee cups on the first day were dirty, but everything else was great.
There was a large public bath and even a sauna, so it was a hot spring. The view was amazing right in front of Harumi Pier. The Yurikamome station is just a couple of minutes walk away, so transportation is very convenient.
There were several restaurants within the hotel, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of menu items and was delicious. I will stay here again.

Nice view! The hotel room was pretty narrow, barely enough space to open my luggage, but it was comfortable enough for myself. The room itself was kept very clean, and the hotel staff were very responsive and helpful. It was very near to the venue I was going to (Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center), only 2 mins walk. Around 5~8 minutes walk from the Hamamatsucho station, 13~15 mins to Daimon station.

The room was small, but we could see the Rainbow Bridge from the window, and we could see the ships arriving and departing! The bathroom in the room was small, but there was a large public bath, so it wasn't a problem. The hair dryer had a low airflow.
