The hotel is in a good location. B2 of the same building is Shiodome subway station. It is within walking distance of Shinbashi station and about 1.3 kilometers from Ginza. It is not in the core scenic area or shopping area, so it is relatively quiet and less crowded. There is also a 24-hour convenience store on B2.
The hotel is in the style of an art gallery with a good style. There are paintings by different artists on display on each floor. The tower view room can see Tokyo Tower, and Mount Fuji in the distance on a clear day. The front desk is on the 25th floor and you can also pay to buy wine in the lounge area behind the front desk while drinking and watching the night view.
The room is of a standard size, and two large suitcases can be spread out in the walking area. The soundproofing is OK. I was not disturbed by the noise during the two nights I stayed there, but because there is a subway downstairs, I can still hear the sound when the train passes by. People with light sleep should choose carefully.

Many hotels don't let you check in early when there are vacancies. You have to pay extra to check in early! The room is not small in Japan's mid-range category.
