Great hotel. Maybe the best in Shimbashi area. Very spacy rooms for Tokyo.

In general, staff was polite. The hotel facilities and the room were well kept. The view from the room over the water and garden was nice. Breakfast options were wide, from Japanese to Western.

It was overall a great stay. Felt like a five star hotel! The location is great. You can easily walk to Ginza area.

everything is perfect but the staffs, they r beyond amazing. my plan was going to book four seasons next time when i come to tokyo but now conrad tokyo is number one choice.

Beautiful lobby, room was spacious and nice. Perfect location close to train station. Recommend for all.

Perfect stay at Conrad one of the best hotel in Tokyo . We booked premeir twin bed room for 3 guests inclusive of breakfast for 2 nights. We arrived 11am early and was given us to access spa for shower and freshen up after 6 hours midnight flight. We were assign 24th floor with good city view and very spacious room. As we booked for 3 guests so additional bed was set up inside the room.. The bathroom extremely spacious with separate basin bathtub and standing shower and toilet. The bed was extremely comfortable and big. It is a little pricey but worth for the stay

Booked the bay view room and the view was simply lovely. The only point deduced from full mark is that the hotel ran out of foam pillow when I requested it.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the major Shimbashi station connecting to all major stations in Tokyo. The room is spacious, clean and the service is top notch.

Conrad hotels never fail to impress me, and Conrad Tokyo is no different. The service is personal and professional, and the offerings at the executive lounge are delicious - I’d go for the breakfast here, especially the cooked food section. There’s a nice gym and pool inside the spa level too!
