From the moment I entered the hotel, the service was flawless. The front desk staff had Chinese service and was fluent in English. Every service staff was warm, decent and generous. The design of the hotel lobby, elevator and room made people feel comfortable. There were fruits, snacks and drinks in the lobby, and it was relaxing to sit and wait for check-in. The tower view room was eye-catching, and on a clear day, you could see some of the waistline of Mount Fuji in the distance. The curtains can completely block out light and do not affect sleep. What I was more impressed with was that the cleaning and maintenance level of the exterior window glass was super high, without any stains. The cleaning inside the room was also in place.

Facilities: Overall facilities are OK, although it has been open for ten years

The hotel is in a very good location, with two subway lines, Ginza and Hibiya. If I have to pick out something, the only drawback is that there are not many shopping districts around. The hotel's breakfast is also very delicious.
