The hotel is in a great location, with convenient surroundings and close to Tokyo Station. But when I checked in, the front desk said that they would upgrade me to the next room type, but there was no king-size bed room, only twin beds, and they said they would put the twin beds together as a king-size bed. When I entered the room and saw that the direction was not the direction of the Skytree as described in the original room type, I couldn't accept it, so I contacted the front desk and asked to change to the direction of the Skytree. The front desk said they would help me change to the direction of the Skytree, but the room was still a twin bed room, and they still had to put them together. I think putting them together should also be considered a king-size bed, but it is not at all. It is really "putting them together" with a big gap in the middle without any covering measures, and the quilt is also two single quilts overlapped together. Which side should I sleep on? I booked a king-size bed room, but I can only sleep half of it? I didn't expect to spend so much money and still sleep half a bed in the end. As the most basic requirement for sleeping in a hotel, the bed is arranged like this. It is really unacceptable. I don't recommend it very much. I won't want to stay there again after experiencing it once.

The room is big, the view outside the window is nice, and the service is also very good. It seems that I got a free upgrade, and there are Chinese-speaking service staff. I am very satisfied and will come again next time.
