Rainy day, asking for umbrella but the staff refused to give as I have checked out. I said I could buy it but the staff refused too!
Again, my room very noisy due to facing the train railways.
This was my 3rd time staying at Remm Hibiya, but I don’t think I will come again! Very bad service!

The location is very convenient, the price is very reasonable, it is the cheapest in the area, and it is comfortable and clean, but the room is not too big, it is more suitable for business travelers, the transportation is convenient, there are two subway stations downstairs and there are many restaurants near Yurakucho Ginza.
