The surrounding area is very convenient for shopping and the room is very clean. The receptionist before entering the hotel was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage and specially found the Chinese front desk to check us in. It was very enthusiastic. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is really poor.

We love this boutique hotel, the friendly staffs and the books!
The hotel is far from most attractions, other then Tokyo tower, but there are numerous train lines within 5-15mins walk and plenty of F&B options.

Location was convenient, able to reach most places within 30 minutes. There is filtered water provided at each floor. The room was spacious and there are bathtubs. Service was great, there was free flow alcohol on new year’s eve. Love the place
