Hotel Monterey Ginza

I had a very comfortable stay. The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly. I'd love to stay here again!!

The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. The service is good. The location is the best. All places in Ginza can be reached by foot🚶♀️. The subway🚇 is very convenient. It's only a two-minute walk from the door.

It was a little far from Ginza Station, but it was easy to get around on foot, and the room was also quiet and clean.

The hotel staff are very friendly and there are no staff who speak Korean, so you can communicate easily if you speak English or Japanese. All the staff are friendly. The location is 7-8 minutes on foot from Ginza Station, and Ginza-itchome Station on the Yurakucho Line is less than a minute away, but I don't ride the Yurakucho Line that much...ㅎㅎ It was great for walking around the deserted Ginza streets late at night, and there was a Matsuya Department Store nearby, an OK Mart, Lawson, Famima, and Seven Three all very close, so I stopped by every night. I think it's the best location for shopping. The room was clean and quite spacious. There was a lot of space left even after opening my suitcase, and I could put my suitcase under the bed, so it was spacious. The amenities were the best, including a heated eye mask, a sheet for resting, a hair clip (this is the first time I've seen this anywhere), a shower towel, and a toothbrush, so it was convenient. They cleaned my clothes once a day and changed them to new ones, which was very satisfying. The pajamas were also very nice. However, one thing that was disappointing was that the shower head broke after cleaning, so I asked about it, and they said it was just a slight misalignment and that there was no problem, and that they fixed it, but it was the same. Since I was checking out the next day, I just pulled out the head and used it, but I still wonder why it broke and why they said it was okay. Except for the shower head and the price, it was a very satisfactory accommodation, and it was good enough that I would stay there again if I had the chance.

The environment is extremely bad, the air quality is very poor and the windows cannot be opened. If you go there in winter, don't stay here because it will be too hot and stuffy.
