The room is clean. Receptionist are friendly. Location is ok, still need walk abit to the nearest train station. Nearby got convenient store.

Location is very accessible to transportation shopping and all.. booked it a reasonable price. Very good experience and we'll definitely book the same hotel qhen we come back to tokyo.

The hotel near by the JR station, it seem walk about 10 mins. The staff are nice. The air-conditional was not enough cold, it was warm and hot.

I had a wonderful stay at this small but exceptionally clean hotel! The room, while cozy, was perfect for a solo traveler. It’s located in a quieter area of Ueno, providing a peaceful atmosphere while still being very convenient to the train station. There are plenty of food options and shopping nearby, making it easy to explore the local area. The hotel amenities were great—everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the hair styling device provided in the room; I liked it so much that I ended up purchasing the same one back home! Overall, I had no issues with the facilities and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Ueno.

Hotel is excellent. Everyone is kind and willing to help, location is great (few minutes from many lines), everything is perfectly clean… They have some “co-working space” where you can take free drinks, use the microwave, chill or even work if you need. Room is a bit small, but aren’t all of them? At the end, you are’nt going to Japan to stay in the room. Definetely would come back, 10/10

Nothing worth mention except the location. Near to the commercial area but there was dust all over the room especially the hidden part.

Some front desk people are very nice and helpful, and some are not. The room is always arranged not good. Check out time too early and store luggage will be charged, too bad.

actually it’s been my third time of staying this hotel, really good location, the hotel got everything you need, like the lounge, coin laundry, basic amenities provided at the lobby, there used to be a beverage machine for free to help yourself, but it was gone at my last visit.

Great location & easy access to metro via Hibiya & Ginza lines at Ueno Station. Ameyoko shopping street is just across the road. Family Mart is nearby as well. There's pantry/kitchen at level 2 with vending machines (food & beverage). Laundry & dryer are also available. Lockers for luggage storage located in front of hotel.

The smell of body soap hair soap and conditioner are very bad. Please change to other brand.

The location is just next to the station. However, the room is a little bit small for a casual traveller with a large size luggage

Very nice to stay here, it’s so close to train station and shopping center.
