The hotel is very dirty and in very poor condition. We took a room called "Deluxe Suite" I let you see the photos. It is not a suite, it is just a room with a bed and in a terrible state. Moreover, given the state of the room, I asked to change rooms, photos to support it. The manager told me that I could change rooms but with an additional 70,000 yen without wanting to show me the state of the room first. We wanted to leave but they refused to refund us. I won't even mention the musty smell in the room, it hasn't been aired for ages. We still left the hotel, impossible to stay in this dump. A word of advice, don't be lured by the promotions on the rooms in this hotel, know that it is not a 3-star hotel like it can be in France for example. But it's definitely a 1-star option. If you decide to go, check the outlets; the electrical installation doesn't seem up to standard (see kitchen photo). Don't be afraid, run away!

Very good hotel. Well located, beautiful living space, great comfort: bedding, air conditioning, bathroom equipped with washing machine, hairdryer, toothbrush, razor, soap... Kitchen with a small stovetop, dishes, kettle, cutlery... Sidewalk market across the street. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in a five-person room. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. There was a kitchen in the room for cooking. Although we didn't use it, there was a large dining table, which was very suitable for us to eat and chat at the dining table after waking up. The only drawback was that the edges of the wall or door were a little damaged, which might have been damaged by the previous tenants, but it did not affect our accommodation experience. Overall it was great…
