I had a wonderful experience at GRAND MONday GINZA. The hotel is clean, modern, and perfectly located in the heart of Ginza—just a short walk from the subway and great shopping spots. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and the entire stay comfortable. The room was cozy, quiet, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo!

Newly opened and near to Ginza shopping street. Very spacious, beautiful and thoughtful design of the suite room for family of 4. Very friendly and polite hotel staff. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip.

Great hotel, new, clean and friendly staff. The room is almost a small apartment. You can cook, store food, wash your clothes. The bathroom is large! The view from the windows is nice. Very good location in Ginza. 7/11 at your door steps. Highly recommend!

The newly opened room is quite big, 20 minutes walk to Ginza, the neighborhood is also very quiet, the only thing is that the formaldehyde smell is too strong! After staying in there for 15 minutes, my throat started to hurt and my nose felt uncomfortable! !

The hotel was unexpectedly great. It was great to find this hotel in Tokyo where every inch of land is worth a lot of money. The room was large and the facilities were very complete. The hotel had just opened and the hygiene services were very good. I wanted to go to a nearby drugstore to restock my supplies at night, so I asked the front desk where the nearest drugstore was. The front desk spoke very good English and there was no barrier to communication. The service staff next to me was busy with other things, but when they heard that I was going to the nearest drugstore, they put down their work and helped me search online. It was great. If I come to Tokyo next time, I will choose this hotel again.

The hotel is brand new. The staff were very attentive. The location is 10/10, you can easily walk to the Ginza shopping center. Opposite 7eleven. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!
