The room is pitifully small, and the quilt is so short. My son is 1.8 meters tall, and when he stretched out his legs, part of his feet were exposed without being covered by the quilt. The landlord is very nice and told me the time of the bus in detail, as well as precautions.

We love Shinjuku guesthouse so much. It's a great choice for me to book this, at a very reasonable price, near Shinjuku CBD, for my Tokyo Marathon 2025. The apartment is lovely decorated in Japandi interior style, with all the amenities that u may need for ur short stay. I'll definitely come back when I visit Tokyo again in the future. Edwin, the guesthouse caretaker/owner, is also a very nice guy. Though we didn't meet in person, he's so nice to accommodate our one last minute request. For the price we pay, if we stay in a hotel near Shinjuku, we'll get a tiny shoebox room! Thanks so much, Edwin. We love your place, lovely, clean & complete.
Oh, it's also a short 5-10 minute walk to bar, eating places which have got great sushi & sashimi near Yoyogi Stn.

I had a good stay. The room was clean and relatively spacious. It was an unmanned check-in system, but the owner was kind enough to explain everything to me, so there was no inconvenience.
