とても綺麗な部屋で、居心地の良いホテルでした。
歯ブラシと寝巻きを用意してくれているので、ありがたかったです。
IHキッチンや洗濯機、冷蔵庫や鏡のついた化粧机などがあり、テレビでYouTubeなどの視聴が可能だったことも良かったです。
ただ、食器類があるかどうかは確認をしていない為、カトラリーについては確認が必要です。
加えて、この建物は大きな道路に面している為、車の走行音はよく聞こえます。
私はあまり気にならないタイプですが、気になる方はご参考ください。
また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

It's clean and a little bit of a walk from the station, but not too far. Amenities are minimal, just a toothbrush and pajamas, so if you need anything else, you'll need to bring it with you.

The hotel is a new B&B with self-service check-in. When I made the reservation, I didn’t see the prompt and thought it was a hotel. So I was disappointed when I arrived early with my suitcase. Moreover, I couldn’t log in to the website and couldn’t do anything. I was considering negotiating a check-out. At that time, fortunately, I met two plump and beautiful staff members. They were very enthusiastic and provided great help such as assisting with check-in and solved the problem. The sanitary conditions are OK, and the location is only a ten-minute walk from the nearest subway.

The location is a little bit out of the way, a short distance from downtown Tokyo, but very close to Shinagawa and Yokohama!
