I stayed here for 2 nights on a solo trip to Disney Sea. It was only a 3-minute walk from Kasai Station, and I had no trouble walking there with a heavy suitcase. There was a bus to Disney Sea nearby, and I arrived in about 30 minutes. However, it was full quickly in the morning, and some people were unable to get on, so I think it was better to go to the bus stop early. The hotel was clean and there were no problems. Soft drinks and alcohol were free.
