The room was clean and not too far from the station, which was nice. There was also a convenience store about 30 seconds away on foot, which was convenient. It was a bit disappointing that the dishes were sticky, probably because the previous guest had used them.

The room is big and beautiful

Very comfortable apartment near the center of Tokyo. Check-in at any time, which is great. Close to Haneda airport. Nice design. Will definitely stay here next time.

It is about a 10-minute walk from Kamata Station, so it is convenient for transportation. The facilities are clean, and I was surprised that most of the restaurants in Kamata are delicious. However, even though two people stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, there were only 2 large towels and 2 handkerchief-sized towels, which was disappointing. The bathroom is wide-angle in the photo, so if you look at it in person, it looks like a single-person room like you can see anywhere in Japan. I had a comfortable stay.

The room itself was very clean. However, there were a few disappointing points. The first point was that the check-in procedure was written to be asked by phone or email, so when I called, I was told to check it on Trip.com. I called again and said that there was no description, and they told me, but it was not smooth. The second point was that the air conditioner was broken. When I told them that it was broken, they emailed me many times saying try this and try that. I tried everything, but it didn't work, and on the first night, I slept hot without air conditioner even though it was summer. On the second day, they prepared a new room, but this was also not smooth, as they told me the wrong check-in method. The third point was that there were only two bath towels per person even though we stayed for three nights. I felt that three towels would be appropriate. I received a response to my phone and emails immediately, so I have no complaints about that, but to be honest, there were many gaps and the instructions were vague, so it was not a very pleasant experience. It's a little far from the station, a 15-minute walk, but I was very satisfied with the price and cleanliness, so I was very disappointed with the service.
