When I opened the window, there was no guard, so I thought it might be dangerous if I fell out. If you have children, I recommend not letting them touch the window.
Parking is reserved in advance, but there are many parking lots nearby. I used a parking lot and it was about 2500 yen from the evening until check-out.
There are many Lawsons and restaurants nearby.
The amenities are not that abundant.
Women should bring their own oil makeup remover and facial cleanser.
An induction stove, kettle, and microwave are all installed in the room. This was surprising.
The staff were very polite. They spoke very well.

There was a leak around the hand washing basin, so it quickly became flooded, and I had to constantly put tissues there to soak up the water. The closet (?) where clothes were hung was damp, and a vacuum cleaner was stored underneath it. There was dust in the corners of the bed sheets, so I wonder if they provided a room that is not usually covered without cleaning it. Since I was staying with my child, there were many things that were of concern.
If you are just staying and sleeping and don't mind small details, I think the size and facilities are the bare minimum.
The amenities were at the front desk, but I couldn't pick them up at night, so when I went to get them when I washed my face in the morning, they had all been removed, so I was disappointed that I couldn't use them.

Not within your typical central core region of Tokyo but that means its nested with more local neighbourhood. Great location for me, good escape from the city life.
That said, hotel is located walking distance from 2 train stations on different lines so fairly convenient to get around!
Hotel staff are easy going, yet professional!
Definitely consider staying there again!
Oh! And did i mention 2 super good ramen just around the hotel? Super good!
