A lot of convenience stores walking distance away like 711,family mart and lawson, near coffee shop, sushi shop, very near exit 1 of tsukiji station, very near tsukiji market, near Ginza. the room itself is spacious enough for asian couple. complete utensils to cook. nearby market with fresh meat veggies and fruits. quiet neighborhood. tsukiji station is directly connected to ginza, connected to ueno to connect to narita airport.

挑了很久最後選擇這一家，，房間對於東京來説，已經算大的了，也很乾凈，沒有差評中説的，讓我懸着的心放了下來，位置很棒離地鐵站比較近，去哪都比較方便。衹是可惜由於我自己的原因，兩天的酒店衹住了一天，環境確實不錯，有點後悔錯過那一晚了。酒店的吹風機壞了用不了，和前台反映後也給我換了新的，很感謝。但是酒店不提供一次性牙刷和拖鞋，建議自己帶吧。

츠키지 시장에서 아주가까우면서 한적한곳에 있어서 좋았습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 시설도 좋은편이라고 생각합니다.
호텔사이트에서 예약했지만 느낌상으로는 에어비앤비에 가깝다고 생각합니다. 기본 어메니티만 준비되었고 나머지는 장기간 머물거면 개인적으로 준비해서 가거나 현지에서 구매해서 사용하여야 합니다. 전박적으로 가격대비 만족합니다

After a couple days I am now convinced they don’t and can’t host Japanese guests:
- no blinds, so you wake up with the sun, like it or not.
- both the bathroom/shower and the toilet room smell terrible. Like mold and urine respectively.
- balcony doors/windows have not been cleaned in ages, particularly not in the inside. Terrible dirty.
- no toiletries or other amenities of any kind.
- stay 9 nights and could not even get fresh towels, nothing.
- lobby and common area downstairs is a mess (used like storage?) and barely maintained/cleaned.
- no place to luggage storage before/after check in/out
Huge disappointment. Won’t return nor recommend.

This is the most comfortable place for my trip in Japan in the past half month. The surrounding area is very convenient, just near Ginza. The famous Tsukiji Market is also nearby. Pros
1. The cost is cheap, but they don't change the towels (you can do it for an additional fee), but there is a washing machine and detergent so you can wash as much as you want
2. As the previous reviews said, the room is large and the Tsukiji Market is right in front, so it's great for eating
3. In my case, I had to rent a car and pay 35,000 won per night for the paid parking lot next to the hotel, but it was close to the main tourist spots in Ginza, so it was a big advantage.
4. There were two air conditioners in the room, so it was warm when turned on with the heater, and it was easy to dispose of the trash, which was nice.

I had wonderful stay in Dash Living Tsukiji during my Tokyo trip. Location: Perfect location, walking distance to Tsukiji fish market and Ginza malls for shopping. It’s also mins away from the metro station Building: The apartment is fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen, and washer , feel free to cook.
