Great value for money, comfortable bedding, location at Shimosakabashi Station, 3, 4 minutes walk away, very convenient. The room is clean. Although the sparrow is small, it has all the organs. Stayed here for 2 nights. It's a no-staff hotel - you get entry codes by email.
What's good:
• Cool traditional Japanese room with tatami mats
• Had everything needed: towels, fridge, small kitchen
• Easy check-in/out with no human contact
What could be better:
• Very tight space for luggage (we had 3 suitcases)
• Weird shower - have to keep pressing button for water
• Found some hairs on floor and bed
• Walls are thin - hear neighbors talking
Who it's good for:
✓ Solo travelers or couples
✓ Those who don't need hotel services
✓ Want to try traditional Japanese style
Not fancy but works if you need simple, affordable place in Tokyo. Everything functioned as promised.

Very good. I like it. It's a very comfortable B&B. The room is a bit small. It's barely enough for the three of us to put our things. It's not recommended for all adults to stay. If you bring children, just stay full.

The nearest station is Shimoitabashi Station on the Tobu Tojo Line, but it was also easy to get to Itabashi Station on the JR Line or Shin-Itabashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Mita Line.
