It is next to the station, with convenient transportation, but the hotel is unattended, all self-service, the environment is not very good, the noise of people coming in and out at night is too loud, it is not easy to sleep well

I recently stayed at BEE-HIVE Sugamo (Male only) for two nights and had a great experience overall. Upon arriving at Haneda Airport, I took the Keikyu Airport Line to Shinagawa Station and then transferred to the Yamanote Line, which brought me to Sugamo Station. From the North Exit, it was just a short 2-minute walk to the hotel. Check-in was self-service, and it was easy to navigate. My room was clean and came with a towel, toothbrush, and disposable slippers, which was a nice touch. However, I found the space quite compact—it’s difficult to move around inside the room, as it’s very cozy. Despite the limited space, the price was reasonable, and the services provided were good for the value. If I visit Japan again, I would consider staying here once more. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at BEE-HIVE Sugamo.

It's my first time staying in a youth hostel. It's very clean and there are tourists from all over the world.

Very close to Sugamo on the Yamanote Line The transportation is very convenient There are many supermarkets and stores nearby It’s a pity that we had consecutive holidays No one is tidying up the public areas It's really a pity Otherwise it's pretty good

First of all, the bed I was assigned was originally in the luggage storage area and didn't even have a light. And instead of a mattress, it was a thin rice cracker futon. As someone who was receiving the service for the same amount of money, I can't accept that at all. Especially when there was a proper bed available. I would like to take this opportunity to say that they should have given me a discount or a refund. The whole room was dirty, there was luggage scattered all over, and it smelled bad. The toilet didn't flush and the bathroom was dirty everywhere. The traveler who was staying there was nice. I stayed in the dormitory out of nostalgia, but it was a huge disappointment. I think the location is great.
