Walking distance to Tokyo sky tree. There is a direct bus from Tokyo sky tree to Disneysea. Self checkin and checkout system is manageable. Apartment is super clean and spacious. Amenities are sufficient although there is no comb and body lotion.

The location and interior design was great, however the sound proofing, air Quality, bed and couch was horrible. The bed was so uncomfortably firm me and my husband had thee worst sleep of our lives, but the uncomfortable-ness did not end there the couch had what felt like random hard spots that just made relaxing an impossible task. I would expect more for the price they are asking per night, not to mention hearing the slightest noise outside our front door.

The place was near a metro station with an elevator (appreciated it because of the luggage) and also near touristic places, but far wnough so it wasn't crowded near the place, the communication with the staff was really good, fast and they were really nice, the offer plenty of activities, but due to it being my last days in Japan I could engage on them (happy hours) but I would have loved to. I absolutely recommend it, mostly for long stays

It’s super clean and convenient location for everything.
You feel like you live in the apartment, not like Hotel!
Only concern is that you can hear everyday sounds from next door like opening doors and walking in the room.
