The row of cherry blossom trees of the Shakujii River in the neighborhood is chosen as Itabashi ten view and holds "なかいたさくら Festival" at time of the flowering. It swells with stamp rally or a stand and is full of much cherry blossom viewing visitors every year. There was no smell in the bathroom and the hotel itself was very, very clean. The staff was very friendly and there were convenience stores, marts, and restaurants nearby, so it was convenient. However, it was a bit far from downtown Tokyo and it was a shame that there was no washing machine.
