Very small room but clean and excellent location. It is not very near Roppongi as the website said. A short taxi ride actually. It is ok for one night business travelers. Bed was clean and hot water was good.

The most disappointing hotel during my trip to Japan. The room was so small that two people couldn't turn around even if they were on the floor at the same time. The sheets and quilts were not changed at all. The small bed smelled like stinky feet. There was no remote control for the air conditioner. It was difficult to communicate. Later, I told you that they only sell the rooms and don’t know the facilities of the rooms. It was very cold in the room. The only advantage is that it is very close to the Roppongi subway station. It takes a few minutes to walk and Tokyo Tower is two subway stops away. The house is next to the highway. This hotel is a good place to stay. The sound was like it was passing through my head. There was a big slope when I left the door, and there were narrow stairs to go upstairs in the house. It was super hard to carry my luggage!

If you love Robangi, there is a first-class place to sleep after drinking. There are better options.

The room was very unhygienic with ants, cockroaches, and spider webs. The most disgusting thing was the emergency exit sign in the room. It was so bright at night that I couldn't turn it off. It was so blinding that I couldn't sleep. There was no place to put the suitcase.

We stayed in this B&B temporarily due to a typhoon. There were a lot of sundries in the room. The air-conditioning in the room was turned on and off and adjusted outside the room. The B&B staff did not explain this clearly before check-in. Fortunately, Trip.com staff contacted us and we were able to get air-conditioning. use. 

We booked 2 beds for 249/bed, thinking they were the kind that could accommodate multiple people, but we were given a separate room. What a surprise, self-service check-in. The owner put the door lock code and key in this big lock. To get the key from inside, you have to pull it out in the direction of the arrow, not slide it down!

The price-performance ratio is too high! I forgot that I was on a business trip because of the happy sisters who ride bicycles and buy groceries and cook every day. The hotel also has its own restaurant and provides a home kitchen, which is very happy.

It is a fully self-service hotel. The overall cost performance is quite high, but the sanitary conditions are not very good. The location is quite good. After washing the clothes, I found that the dryer of the washing machine was broken and swallowed the coins. The clothes could not be dried.

The room is clean, with wooden floor, boots can be taken off at the door, and bunk beds. It feels good. There is a toilet and shower room. It is quiet and suitable for single stay.
