Absolutely beautiful hotel. It’s super spacious for a family of four and extremely clean. Service has been nothing but top notch. Really enjoyed our stay! Will definitely come back :)

Super nice hotel, very comfortable to stay in, the bunk beds are like dormitories hahaha
The kitchen is good! You can go to Ameyoko to buy groceries
The hot spring is also good!! Very clean and comfortable

Such a lovely stay! Room was exactly as pictured, spacious, and located 10min away from multiple train stations. Back alley was kinda sleazy come nightfall, but nothing too crazy.
Room was clean and comfortable. They were able to provide a baby cot for free upon request.
The shared onsen was also a very pleasant amenity to have in central Tokyo.
Absolutely no complaints; will stay here again if coming with family.

호텔의 모든점이 만족스러웠습니다. 신축이라 깨끗했고 위치도 너무 좋았고 우에노공원뷰에 방안에 주방이 있어 간단한 조리가 가능해서 더욱 편하게 여행할수있었어요. 대욕장도 너무 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 다음에도꼭 재방문하고 싶어요~
