The hotel has a good location near the large Ikebukuro Station. The area appears to be a ***************, but it still feels very tidy and peaceful. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
The room itself is EXTREMELY small. If you're traveling as a couple with two suitcases and carry-on luggage, there's no room for that. Unfortunately, there's no closet or storage space for suitcases and bags in the room. However, everything feels quite modern, and the shower is large and looks nice.
So, unfortunately, I don't recommend this hotel for those traveling with a lot of luggage, as it simply becomes far too cramped after a few days, and you have to be very tidy to even move around the room and reach the sink, for example.
Those traveling alone or with less luggage will definitely have a good time at this hotel.

It is just a short walk from Ikebukuro subway station B1. There are many convenience stores nearby, so it is quite convenient.

You don't need to swipe your card to get on the elevator. This time I stayed in a twin room. Although it was a corner room, the room was a little bigger and could accommodate suitcases, which was a pleasant surprise.
