COGO RYOGOKU was located near metro station and not far from JR station as well so it was really easy to connect with a public transportation and exploring Tokyo. The staff was really nice and can communicating in English. I really love with the facilities and have a nice stay here.

There was no hot water in the shower.
When I tried to check in, there were 3-4 staff members, but only one was there and the others were talking and not working. (It seemed like they were just chatting.)
