The space was small, but it was well-equipped with everything I needed, and I especially liked the cleanliness of the bathroom.
I was concerned about noise because it was located in an entertainment district, but I closed the windows and drew the curtains, and there was no inconvenience at all.
I would book again if I go to Tokyo.

The hotel is divided into the main building and the annex, which are separated by only one street. The hot spring bath is in the main building, so if you want to take a bath while staying in the annex, you have to go to the main building. We stayed for four nights but only provided bottled water once. We had to leave the empty bottle and fill it with water at the water machine in the lobby. The water machine provided hot and cold green tea, coffee and water. The hotel is in a very good location, with many choices for shopping and eating nearby. It is just a few minutes' walk to Ueno Station and different subway stations.

Bath room and Onsen was clean and in good order.
Mold was found at the curtais on the room though.
It feels unsafe that the hotel room card contains sticker information about the room number and hotel name - especially as the only one elevator connects from public street to hotel room floor without any other security measure.

Staying here was good. Though for its price, the value is not at par. Rooms are too small. No free water and for the housekeeping, you need to inform them if you would want to clean up your room. Otherwise, they will not clean it. The location is good though, very near to the train stations. There are a lot of bar in the area.
