We stayed at this hotel for the second time in December 2024 and May 2025 and were overall very satisfied again. The location is truly top-notch, the hotel is clean and well-equipped. Almost everything was perfect, which is why we chose this hotel again.
What disappointed us this time, however, was the check-in policy: We were early and understood that, so we waited. When we wanted to check in at 2:30 p.m., we were charged an extra 2,000 yen for just half an hour before the official check-in time. We personally found that a bit excessive. Sure, rules are rules, but with such a short time frame, we would have appreciated more leniency.
Nevertheless: A solid hotel with good quality that we can generally recommend, especially because of the location and cleanliness.
