I agreed to this when I went to an event in Tokyo.
It's close to the nearest Otorii Station, so I think it's easily accessible.
The only amenities provided are bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes, and no loungewear.
I stayed on the first floor this time, so I didn't see what the second floor was like, but there was one shower room (with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap) and three toilets (Western-style). The doorknob on one of the toilets was broken and couldn't be locked.
The room and toilets were clean, but some people may be concerned about the fact that there was what appeared to be mold on the diatomaceous earth mat in the shower room and there was no basket to put your change of clothes in.
There is no soundproofing, so if you are concerned about this, I recommend bringing earplugs or something similar.
