The mold on the diatomaceous earth mat for wiping feet was so bad that I gave up using the shower room. The bath towels also had brown and black stains all over them, and I would have thrown them away without hesitation. There are three toilets on each floor, but one on the second floor has an X marked on the door with tape. It's better to think about maintenance other than in the sleeping area.

玄関開けたら大量の靴が山積みになっており、自分の靴を置くスペースがありませんでした
トイレもシャワーもとにかく汚い、カビだらけで真っ黒です
インド人みたいな人もたくさんいてうるさいこともあったです、使うことはお勧めできません

It seemed like there were a lot of long-term residents from overseas.
The other facility users were fluent in English, so I think you'd have no problem communicating with them.
The only negative point was the mold in the shower room.
