friendly hotel reception and nice support from the staffs, but the maid is kind of rude somehow. The room is not that clean, the washing wand in the toilet is very dirty. room is small, but the bathroom size is above average.
Cleaning between staying is like doing nothing except towel changing.

Good spot for a simple stopover. Family suite size is small - but for one night, it was ok. Have kettle in the room but no tea/coffee. There is a ‘drink room’ for your free drink but no black tea or teabags there either. Could have coffee (machine) no milk or juice/soft drink option.

The location is good, only 5 minutes walking distance from 2 subway stations, and 10 minutes walking distance to Akihabara. It is quiet in the bustling city, and there are people around, but it is very quiet at night.
The room is relatively small, which is an acceptable fact in Tokyo. The suitcase cannot be opened, but the bathroom space is quite large. The shower water is very strong, and the toiletries are from Pola.
Although our room has a large window, it is amazing that it is as dark as night during the day, and you can only turn on the lights. It may be that the distance between the buildings is too close.
There is no water in the room, but you can go to the beverage bar on the first floor to get Coke🥤 or tea, and coffee☕. This is all free.
Stayed for 2 nights and met a Chinese clerk who was very patient with us. A teammate booked the wrong hotel and booked the No. 1 store of N+. He told us to leave the luggage at the No. 2 store and walk 10 minutes to reach the No. 1 store.
